Here's all of our most frequently asked questions.

  • How much will my move cost?
    Each delivery is unique, and presents different challenges. Therefore, each quote is also unique. Contact us for a free quote and we'll gladly assist you.
  • How and when should I pay?
    All moving charges are due upon completion of the move. Estimates are required to secure the date and are non-refundable.
  • How is cost calculated?
    Many factors are taken into account when preparing your estimate. For example, the size of the home or business, the items that will be transported, the distance, the extent of assistance that you will require etc. Additional charges may include packing, installation, cleaning or extra labor.
  • Is my estimate final?
    By disclosing all relevant details of the move, the estimate should be equivalent or close to the final cost. However, unforeseen issues that may arise, (such as: scheduling mishaps, extra stops, additional items etc.) may result in additional charges.
  • Do you provide moving supplies
    All our moves include the use of our equipment (blankets, stretch film, tape, harnesses etc.) Not included, but available for purchase, are moving boxes, specialty boxes, art crates, packing supplies, mattress bags, and more.
  • Do you move fine art?
    Yes, we move fine art and other antiques.
  • Do you move pianos?
    Yes, we specialize in piano transport.
  • What items can't be moved?
    Illegal items, hazardous materials, weapons, explosives, pets etc. Items of extraordinary value should be disclosed and accounted for prior to the move as well.
